On-Site Maintenance

We all know that struggle when your computer just isn't feeling that well and somehow the problem cannot be diagnosed over a simple phone call. Knox Technologies provides excellent on site support on a regular basis, we're mostly on a first name basis with most of our clients.

Remote support has made it easier and cheaper for most technical issues.

On-site Support

First hour rate R520.00 excl Desktop Support and R950.00 excl Server Support.

Rates are charged in quarter hour increments after the first hour at R420.00 excl per hour Desktop Support and R750.00 excl per hour Server Support.

Payment is due upon date of invoice.

Travel fees will be charged as applicable.

Remote Support

R185.00 excl Desktop Support and R385.00 excl Server Support per 30 minutes.

Remote support includes email support, phone calls, screen sharing etc.

Payment is due upon date of invoice.

Travel Fees

Travel fees are calculated in the following method: Round Trip between our office and the service site multiplied by the AA Rates (currently R4.20 excl per kilometer).

Regular Operating Hours

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. Support outside of these hours is billed at 1.5 x the rate during the week and 2 x on weekends and hopdays.
